Our CORMS™ process is our response to the real need SME owners have for a service
that goes far beyond conditions of trade.
We believe that Nature is a great teacher of survival and development. In nature,
the corm is a piece of simple plant life that, brainless as it appears to be,
adapts part of its stem to store everything it will need to survive a winter
that will come every year or a prolonged drought that may never come.
When we question why so many SME owners fail similarly, to structure for
survival, we learn of 3 main factors:-

- The specialist expertise needed is unavailable;
- The unknown cost of avoiding a threat that has not yet surfaced.
Our CORMS™ process responds by identifying risk areas early, assembling
outstanding specialist expertise, and ensuring the service is cost effective and
feasible for SME owners.

We are constantly on the lookout for specialist experts in several disciplines

The process begins with a free Rapid Risk Review (RRR™). This is a snapshot of
the business risks that will indicate to the SME owner the nature and extent of
exposure.
The RRR™ process also tells us if this is a potential client we can really
guarantee to help. We will not accept the client, if we cannot guarantee
significant measurable business performance improvement, because we guarantee
that within 180 days or a refund of every dollar the client has paid.
